Excellent Service and very accommodating. I submitted a claim late out of allowed time limits and Oneplan accepted that this was not the normal and processed anyway. My parents, now in their 70's have been with one plan for the past 8 years and they are excellent in paying claims. From emergency hospital visits to GP to optometrists. I will recommend Oneplan.
