Excellent & Efficient Service
I’ve been with Oneplan for 3 years now and really only have positive things to say! The claims process is relatively easy and the claims are paid promptly.
My most recent claim experience was a breeze with the assistance of Elaine Roets from Oneplan. She was incredibly communicative, quick to respond and gave me swift updates on my claim progress and my questions. She also showed genuine care and concern for my pet.
I would recommend Oneplan to anyone looking for easy, reliable and affordable pet insurance.
