I just received a call from a Oneplan Car Insurance consultant ,within minutes of submitting my details on their website, what a WOW! Not only was I impressed by the prompt response but also by the person on the other line: her friendly manner, the willingness to assist and her patience while I went to confirm my vehicle's exact mileage. During this challenging time when the world is faced with the COVID-19 pandemic , the last thing you want is bad service. For a moment I forgot about my frustrations from hearing the warm voice and empathy from Kamogelo Thulo . Well done girl.The Service Industry needs people like you, who make things easier for consumers and empathy for people you don't even know. May you grow from one level of success to the other.
