Excellent Customer service! Rutendo Adelaide assisted me on WhatsApp with updating some of my policy details, Rutendo was immediately there to assist me with a very friendly and professional tone, and kindly answered all my questions. Very impressed, since I’m typically averse to calling companies on the phone (due to anxiety) and would rather WhatsApp or email, and the whole experience was very seamless. Thanks Rutendo😊
