Excellent customer service received from Robyn Kotze
I'd like to commend Robyn Kotze for her fast and friendly assistance. I have had quite a long and complicated (ongoing) case with claiming various vet, testing, and specialist vet bills for my canine. I am happy with OnePlan Pet Insurance, and my mind is at ease knowing that they employ such competent staff, who also care about their customers! Thank you Robyn.
