Excellent customer service from Lettizia

I had such great service from Lettizia Dichaba. I needed to cancel my policy and was a slightly out of the cooling off period. I asked if it would be possible as an act of good faith. She went above and beyond, speaking to her manager to assist me, and I was able to cancel before the first debit order came off. Based on this excellent service, I will definitely keep OnePlan at the top of my list as an alternative to Discovery. Yes, I know the difference between medical aid and medical insurance :) Thank you, Lettizia! You are a credit to your brand and you were so patient with me, even when I was stressed about having to pay two medical policies in one month.
