Excellent customer service
I took One Plan Health Insurance policy in July. I'll admit we started off on a rocky start but the customer service has improved. I never have issues with claims anymore and my emails are responded to in less than 2 hours. When I call, I don't hold for long also. I am impressed. Their health insurance is so much better than the medical aid that I was on. It has exceeded my expectations.
