Excellent Customer Service
I would like to thank, Palesa Mabiletsa (Customer Care Consultant) for being extremely helpful and professional. It was a reassuring and comforting experience engaging with her. If she said that she was going to come back to me regarding an issue that I requested help with, she kept her word and kindly solved it for me. I hope Palesa gets a raise.
