Excellent customer service by Sheldon Naidoo Oneplan Insurance
I was assisted by Sheldon Naidoo,
He was so patient, kind and helpful after I requested information about the progress of my claim and refund. It really encouraged me on a difficult day and I can really say I am so happy with OnePlan if they employ such excellent customer care staff like him.
