Excellent Customer Service

My dog had to recently go in for surgery. I logged the log with Oneplan the day before and within minutes of them receiving the pre-authorization form , I received the all okay to proceed . They were clear in what I needed to send back when the procedure was completed . I submitted the claim on Sunday night 17/01 and received confirmation of payment on 20th Jan. It was a really pleasant experience dealing with their team. I had nothing to worry about when it came to their claim processes. My boy is home and recovering well.
