EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I submitted an application form about a week ago without receiving a response from the person. Yesterday morning I sent a follow up and another person contacted me by the name of Deyon Naidoo. By 15:00 yesterday my query was resolved. The application was processed, and I received the policy number. He also assisted in processing another family member's application and provided me with the policy number at the same time. This is excellent service from him as well as the other staff members involved. Thank you, it is well appreciated.
