Excellent customer service
Excellent service from Oneplan Pet Insurance once again. I was battling to load my claim on the app, but Celine Kriel assisted me on whatsapp. Within a few minutes my claim was submitted.....,effortlessly. Great service Celine, keep up the excellent customer service.
