I'd like to thank Gabriella James for the EXCELLENT service received from herself in retaining my account at OnePlan when I was so frustrated that I wanted to resign from my membership.
It;s so seldom these days that you get people who are prepared to go way above and beyond their job description to assist a client. Gabriella you are an excellent ambassador for your company.
