Excellent Customer Service
After my initial Facebook application for pet insurance, Jan Khumalo, a consultant for Oneplan Insurance called me. He was courteous and very helpful. He explained the different plan to me and had me joined in a no-time on an affordable pet insurance plan that suits my pocket. My fur baby now enjoys immediate accident cover from Oneplan Insurance. He made follow up calls to ensure that everything is allright.
