Excellent Customer Service

I called into the one plan call centre as I have problem with a claim as well as my self help portal on the website. I was fortunate enough to get though to Sheharazad Christian. She was very polite and extremely helpful. She called me back when she said she would and went out of her way to make me feel important and to try sort out my problems that I was having. She even give me her direct email address and told me that should I have any problems going forward I could drop her an email and she would be more then happy to assist me.
