Excellent Customer Service.
Cebile Ngubeni, thank you for the great service you offered to me. You knowledge of the pet insurance industry gave me confidence as I am a first time pet owner. I did my research after or first call and I must say, you set the benchmark very high and I could not find the benefits out there to match Oneplan. I am grateful that you were my consultant, your professionalism is something that I'm taking with me when referring my friends. Thank you for making me comfortable and I trust that i made the right call. Keep up the good work. CEBILE is a keeper :-)
