Excellent customer experience from OnePlan Pet Insurance
Great customer service experience from Krystal Munsami who was friendly, efficient and empathetic in our interaction. She was also proactive in discovering I had a duplicate/clone policy and commencing the refund process which has engendered greater trust in the organisation. Well done Krystal! Ps. I prefer talking to a human as opposed to a Bot which is frustrating and of little help over a weekend when the vet appointment took place.
