Excellent Customer Care Agent - Tamarin Herbert
I had an ongoing query with Oneplan since October 2020. Upon calling Oneplan, 28 January 2020, I was connected to an absolutely fantastic customer care agent Tamarin Herbert. She was friendly and was able to resolve my query within a matter minutes. She is a fantastic example of great customer care and so long as people like herself are working for Oneplan I will happily continue to be a loyal costumer. Thanks Tamarin you are an absolute star!!!
