Excellent Consultant
Received a call yesterday from, Cebile Ngubeni, from Oneplan Pet Insurance. She was very knowledgeable on all products and patiently explained everything in such detail so that I could understand exactly what it means. I'm so impressed with her service, knowledge, linguistics, and overall friendly personality. I will recommend Oneplan Pet Insurance just because of Cebile. Thank you so much! You are a star and I hope Oneplan appreciates and rewards this excellent staff member.
