Excellent assistance
I would like to thank Oneplan and Mereshnie for responding and assisting me with my complaint. She contacted me within 24 hours after I had experienced problems with uploading my claim on the app and informed me of the other channels I can use that would be much easier for me.
Thank you for your friendly assistance. I always refer Oneplan when I meet someone who does not have medical aid or a hospital plan because I believe it is the best affordable option available.
