Excellent and fast service!

I am beyond impressed with how well my claim was handled. My furkid had to have surgery. We paid for it and submitted the claim to Oneplan. Within a matter of hours I was contacted by Nombasa Felem, a Oneplan consultant,saying that the claim was being processed. 1 week later, Nombasa emailed me the claim outcome and we were reimbursed 90% of the total claim! Within 8 days of us submitting the claim, we received the fund.

I am extremely impressed with how comprehensive the Oneplan pet insurance is. Nombasa Felem was very helpful and I appreciate how time-conscience the whole staff is!
