Excellent and Efficient
Elaine Roets - Oneplan Pet Insurance Team
Our little furbaby was not feeling well and we rushed to the Vet Hospital who is partnered with Oneplan Pet Insurance. Our furbaby was hospitalized for two nights in high-care, we were not only worried about our furbaby but also the medical expenses. Luckily we have Oneplan to help us out with this, we received excellent service from all agents involved from start to finish. A special thanks and shoutout to Elaine Roets for her assistance with our claim, her kindness and giving us updates as the claims came through.
