Excellent all Round Claim Experience
On Sunday 15 Feb 26 I had to rush my dog to the vet for emergency treatment , On the 19th Feb 26 I submitted my claim, in one day my claim was processed, approved and fully reimbursed.
Special shout out to the two claims consultants that assisted me in the process, Lynn IIunga and Thabile Mkhabele, both of whom were friendly, kind, compassionate as well as extremely efficient. THANK YOU
