Tumelo Madi of One Plan made the BIGGEST difference to my life .Her competence,care, compassion and professionalism is the reason that I can breathe today. I faced a terrible and VERY serious surgery with my baby Indigo. Tumelo and One Plan assisted me on a daily basis if not three times a day at times to make sure that all parties were well covered and happy. Tumelo never showed frustration with me and my emotional; physical or financial stress...she did everything that she could from the One Plan perspective to assist me during the ten very difficult days that Indigo was recuperating at the specialist vet. I CANNOT tell you how GRATEFUL I am to Tumelo for her exemplary service...she deserves to be promoted to a high position. She is an asset to your company and as an ambassador makes One Plan the only way to go for owners and their fur babies.
