I just want to give thanks to the following staff that went the extra mile for me, I was so frustrated with one plan i send them several messages and no one came back to me, during the covid i did not receive income and could not pay the premiums there was said no premium holiday is allowed, so end of this month they wanted me to Pay R680.00 or I will lose my two year policy where i never claimed and been on time with my payments, I called and spoke to lerato Mathu and he refered me to vernon or melvyn pieterson and they immediately helped me with a holiday premium, i do not have to go to another pet insurance and can keep my policy, they really went above and beyond customer service , thanks a mil
