EXCELLANT SERVICE FROM ZARINA HARTLEY

On phoning OnePlan to see why I could not load a claim for the dentist on the app.......I spoke with ZARINA HARTLEY who dent over backwards to make sure I was able to visit the dentist that day. Zarina escalated my complaint with the claims department. I am hoping to get feedback on my complaint. Zarina was a real pleasure to deal with & her concern & thoughtfulness was a breath of fresh air.......... OnePlan you REALLY REALLY REALLY need more like Zarina. I have no problem to let OnePlan know that this is the first time in all my years of dealing with OnePlan...that I have been treated with such concern & respect... I want to only deal with Zarina Hartley from now on. Thank you Thank you Zarina.
