Excelent Quality

On the 11th of June 2015, I received a call from Oneplan Health Insurance after I had sent them the necessary documents to add my new born baby to my Policy the previous day.<br> The person on the other side of the line was Thebe Modisse. he sounded very enthusiastic and energetic, he made me feel very comfortable while asking some security questions to make sure he was speaking to the policy holder. he was so courteous, patient and went as far as helping me send invoices to the correct departments which it wasn't the reason for his call after asking me if he can help with anything else.<br> BIG UP THEBE, keep doing a wonderful job<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Arnold Khumalo <br> <br>
