Every interaction with One Plan for my pet insurance has been a pleasure. From the initial sign up, adding a pet, claims and even trivial queries , their people are helpful, friendly and professional and their service is fantastic. My last interaction was with Ncedo Majezi over WhatsApp regarding the claim process for multiple pets and their profiles on the app and as always, a good experience Would definitely recommend One Plan
