Every interaction I have had telephonically has been pleasant
Every interaction I have had telephonically has been pleasant. All staff are kind and helpful. Today I was assisted by Shari Govender and she was efficient and friendly. I had to take my puppy to an emergency vet and the funds were in my card before I even hung up the phone! It takes a great deal of stress off of a pet owner.
