Even though I was frustrated with not being assisted over whatsapp, where I had submitted a claim twice and was told it had gone for processing and it had not, I was assisted very professionally and efficiently by Eugene after I sent a message on Facebook
Even though I was frustrated with not being assisted over whatsapp, where I had submitted a claim twice and was told it had gone for processing and it had not, I was assisted very professionally and efficiently by Eugene after I sent a message on Facebook messenger. Withing a few minutes I had received sms and email confirmation that my claim had been approved and processed. Fantastic service from Eugene.
