Eugene, one of the WA customer service agents assisted me, and something that I thought they are going to let me do, they took care of, fast and efficient
Eugene, one of the WA customer service agents assisted me, and something that I thought they are going to let me do, they took care of, fast and efficient. 5 stars for Eugene, but 1 star off because the previous people that 'assisted' me via WA made me feel unwelcome. Otherwise, Oneplan is the way to go. Oneplan, thank you for giving me the peace of mind that you have agents who care and that my fur babies will be taken care off in any event.
