Empty Promises
These people are great with promises and they guarantee to pay for nothing. We see this as a money-making **** and no benefit to the pet owner. It promises to pay for everything except what you need it for. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this lot.

We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience which has been caused. We do have your fur-baby's best interest at heart. Kindly note terms and conditions of the policy have to be adhered to and app**** fairly for all clients, please note that this is by no means a ploy to refuse payment of the claim.
As per our discussion, there are annual cover limits on all our cover types. Kindly note that the voluntary sterilization and vaccinations for your fur-babies are covered under the Routine care benefit up to the annual cover limit of R720. Once the annual cover limit has been exceeded the cover limit benefit will renew on the anniversary of your policy.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions.
We have contacted your wife and the cancellation has been confirmed with her. We have since proceeded to cancel the policy and communication will be sent with confirmation of this to the listed email address.
We are sad to see you go, but we do hope to have you part of the Oneplan family again.
