Elaine Roets - Claims Consultant - Excellent Claim Service
I just wanted to say that I have received very excellent service from Elaine Roets regarding a hospital claim for our pet. Her communication was clear and prompt on my emails and there were no delays or issues with the claim process. The claim was reviewed, processed, and paid within 3 days which is very good. I just want to say thank you and keep up the good work.
