Efficient service
The One Plan team were extremely efficient with my claim in mid-March just before the lock down. My pet was discharged from hospital and the claim refunded within 3 working days.
Well done, One Plan team and a special thanks to Brave Nyirenda, a claims consultant, for being extremely polite and helpful.
It was great to have such an efficient service during such a stressful time.
