Efficient and Well Versed
Whenever I have an issue or a query pertaining to my pet insurance, I just pop them a whatsapp and quickly they reply and within minutes my issues or queries are sorted out. When my pet needs to go see the vet, I just tell them about it and they immediately deposit the money onto my ONE card... their service agents are efficient and well versed in their job.
