EASY CLAIMS PROCESS

Good day, after having many bad past experiences with oneplan insurance, even complaining previously on hello peter i must say that the service ive recieved in the past 2 days have really exceeded by expectation, i was dreading dealing with them due to past experience. i have a policy for my parents at oneplan and my dad had to be hospitalized, we had bad service from the hospital, the administrator refused to accept the card as soon as he saw that this is medical insurance and was exeptionally rude, i got onto the phone with one plan and Pumla Mdingi who was on the night shift assured me that she will try her best to assist me which she did, she spoke to the staff incharge and made sure that they get my dad admitted without hassles, her email communication to the hospital was quick and efficient, authorization for admittance was given even though the hospital required payment for everything before proceeding, she took control of the situation well done to her, the next person i need to mention is Lillian Sewelo whom i called to find out if i need to make additional payments to the casualty which she assured me that we do have casualty cover and put my mind at ease with very friendly service, the last person whom i want to aknowledge and say thank you to is Trisha Mmotsa, she has given me awesome service this morning where i recieved 2 emails and sms's from one plan where i became panic stricken as i did not have the invoice to present or upload to you guys as my dad is in hospital and all document is at the hospital, she once again assured me that oneplan and the hospital will correspond and i need not worry and wished my dad a good recovery, these 3 ladies really changed my perspective on ONE PLAN. Please will this message be passed to them, and i wish they are recognized.
