Duduzile Gumbi - what an asset to Oneplan and her customers.
Duduzile Gumbi.... Deserves a promotion! I had spoken to two other customer representatives, who tried, but to no ends. Then in less than 5m Dudu sorted everything and gave me 1. A friendly voice who really seemed to care 2. Help in a very urgent situation. Oneplan - you better not let Dudu slip. She is a representative that shows up for her company. Thanks Dudu.
