Dragging feet on refund
We had to put our much loved dog down on the 2 Jan 24. All the necessary documents were in their possession to enable the refund due to us according to our plan, by the 5th Jan. Our claim is still pending after several calls.

We truly sympathize with the situation, and we are sorry to hear of the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us. Our condolences to you and your family on the passing away of your fur-baby. Please accept our sympathies for the difficult experience you have gone through.
We have attempted to contact you on the listed number; however, it was to no avail.
Records on our system confirm that our Claims department sent emails to your listed email address regarding the claim, however, due to us not receiving a response there was a delay in the claim being processed.
Kindly note that we have since proceeded to finalize the burial and cremation claim as a bank account refund and confirmation of this has been sent to you via email.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused, and may the memories that you shared with your fur-baby forever be close to your heart.
Kind Regards,
Oneplan
