Don’t trust Oneplan with your money, they loose it!

The most pathetic company ever! They have the worst administration procedures and absolutely no one knows what’s happening. Every time I claim, my policy is supposedly suspended due to unpaid premiums when all premiums have been paid and are up to date. They just lose your money somewhere, come up with **** refunds and just make a mess of all payment allocations, then they suspend your policy with zero notification. This happened 2 months in a row, and the only reason I found out, was when I needed to claim. I’m not sure how many other months they’ve done this for, as we haven’t really claimed previously. The consultants are useless, no one has the willingness to assist, they just have no care in the world. Don’t trust these people with your money.
