DONT!!
Don’t not even waste your time!! I have been patient with them and have had many fights with them, especially them saying they don’t pay mental illness for my wife work meds when she got booked off for stress leave from work. There is always an issue with receipts claiming a refund, that includes the pet insurance…in other words be prepared to pay every month to get nothing but reasons to not pay out in return!!Dont waste your money as they won’t pay for blood pressure tablets to keep your blood pressure down caused by them!!

26 Apr 2022, 09:03Good day Tyren,
Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention, we have attempted to contact you on the listed number; however, it was to no avail.
We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience which has been caused.
Kindly note that any medication that is dispensed to treat a mental illness and or symptoms and related treatment benefit one of our general exclusions which are things not funded for by the Insurer. Unfortunately, this falls within the bounds of our very few excluded conditions under Section 7.11 of your policy schedule.
Medication dispensed to treat high blood pressure may be covered under the scripted medication or the over-the-counter medication benefit up to the respective cover limits.
With regards to claims on your pet policy for your fur-baby, kindly note that we will require a detailed invoice for claims to be processed accordingly. The statement will need to include the details of the Vet, the Vat registration number, it must include the pet's name, the services rendered and the amount. Should you wish to load funds for another day-to-day claim, we would require for the previous claims to be concluded before loading any further claims. The reason for this is for auditing purposes on our side and to prevent ***** as funds are loaded within 60 seconds on to your Onecard.
