Does not pay out valid claims

<p>My kitten ripped a nail that was dangling loose from the base and bleeding profusely. I took her to the vet, where she was admitted, anaesthetised and had the nail removed and bandaged up to stop the bleeding. The process took 2 hours from start to finish so she was released the same day. We paid the vet and submitted the claim to Oneplan, who has deemed the claim invalid as she was not hospitalised overnight. So the vet and I tried to keep the costs at a minimum and now they won't pay out a R1500 claim?! And I had to call them to find out what's happening with the claim, no notification from them to let me know that the claim has been denied. </p>
