Doctor visits
Was advised of unlimited doctors visits to my surprise I went to the doctor but couldn't load a claim

Thank you for taking my call and allowing me the opportunity to clarify on the matter. I have tried to call you back on your cell since the line cut us off but to no avail.
However with regards to the above mentioned query, we do have annual limits for the specific covers on the policy and all those limits combined add up to the overall limit on the policy. These limits are documented in the policy schedule.
At the present moment General Practioner visit cover' annual limit has been exhausted however all the other covers such as dentistry, pathology, radiology and scripted medication are still available to you under the out of Hospital cover portion of the policy. You also still do have cover in the event that you need to be hospitalized for either and Accident or illness.
Your General Practioners visit annual limit will be replenished on the anniversary of your policy which will be 1st of November 2020 and you will be able to claim again for doctors visit.
