****! DO NOT USE

****! DO NOT USE THEM! I contacted them enquiring about cover for myself and my two daughters on the 8/07/25. Was dealing with Nashlee. I asked specific questions such as will acute medication be covered if I have no savings. The answer was yes. Go through the process and submit all the relevant documentation for cover starting from the 01/08/2025. The final documents were all submitted the 14/7/25

On the 21/07/25 I emailed Nashlee as I had been spammed with 22 emails with a policy attached and ten smses. I asked her whats going on, as my broker she should of been able to inform me, she said she would get back to me and never did. My eldest daughter who had to go on a separate policy was also spammed.

On the 22/7/25 I got a call from an agent asking for an ID document (which had already been sent to Nashlee) and I asked her about medication being covered and she said NO and I told her this isnt what I was told and me taking the cover depended on it. She said she would call me back, she never did.

I emailed Nashlee again, on the 23rd, she said it is and she will speak to her supervisor and get back to me. I told her this will depend on whether I take the cover or not. She never did. My daughter and I were BOTH called again for the ID and the agent said Nashlee didnt attach it. I email Nashlee and tell her Im annoyed she says she did attach it. After speaking to the rest of the family I emailed Nashlee and said we are no longer interested.

Today I had to email Nashlee again asking for response to the email of me saying we did not want it. ONLY THEN did she forward it to the cancellation department. They have called me now saying they are still debiting me because they need one months notice for a policy that HASNT EVEN STARTED!

They say theres a seven days period on the policy schedule WHICH i was only sent on the seventh day (21st) which was the spammed email that I asked for my broker for help with and she never got back to me

They obviously wait until the last minute to send the policy, spam you the emails so you cant read all of them, because you know PEOPLE HAVE TO WORK. Then start with the terrible service AFTER seven days so they can still get money out of you!

I refuse to pay for a policy that hasnt even started! They are a **** trying to get as much money as possible out of you.

Dear Kiki,

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.

We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience, and we sincerely apologize for the distress and inconvenience caused. Please know that this is not the experience we want any of our clients to have. We take feedback like yours very seriously, as it helps us improve our service and ensure we’re living up to the standard you deserve.

We’ve carefully reviewed your concerns and followed up with the relevant departments to assist further and address the matter in full. We’d like to clarify that the information provided during the registration of the policies was subject to the terms and conditions of cover. The information was reviewed by our Quality Assurance team and the applicable exclusions for the policy were sent via email to your registered address. This was done for both policies.

We also acknowledge a system error on our side, which unfortunately resulted in multiple emails and SMSes being sent. We understand how frustrating this must have been and we offer our sincere apologies for the confusion and inconvenience caused during this time.

Following our review, we can confirm that both policies, for you and your daughter have been set to cancel effective 01 August 2025, in line with the 7-day cooling-off period. As a result, no premiums will be debited.

At Oneplan, we are committed to Treating Customers Fairly and ensuring that all our clients are treated with transparency, respect, and fairness.

Once again, we deeply regret the frustration and inconvenience you experienced, and we appreciate the opportunity to address this with you.

Kind regards,
Oneplan.
