DO NOT !!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT JOIN ONE PLAN
Just to confirm my previous review.
Your service is PATHETIC! Your staff is so ***********. I've had the worst service and experience with this medical aid.
You have taken several weeks to sort out a claim that you do not cover - from downloading the documents of my script *** times- to calling dischem to email them to you *** times because it kept rejecting only to be told weeks later oh sorry we dont cover that.
Then I make payment of R185 on 30th December refunding the stupid medication that paid for and do not cover.
Then you ****** email today asking for payment and refund in order to process my claim?!?!?!?!
I emailed the POP and uploaded on the app

We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience which has been caused. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations. We tried calling on the listed number several times but without success.
Upon investigation we have identified that the medication Urbanol that was prescribed is used to treat anxiety. Regrettably, the prescribed medication benefits one of our general exclusions, which are things not funded for by the Insurer. Unfortunately, this falls within the bounds of our very few excluded conditions. Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions.
