DO NOT get cover from OnePlan for pet insurance.

I have hospital and accident cover which they make out to be absolutely amazing, however, once your pet has been admitted to hospital due to an accident they will come up with ANY excuse not to pay out your claim. The most hilarious part of it is that they reject the claim and even provide you with a brochure on how you can complain about it. To me this obviously shows the amount of rejection they make to their clients.

If I could I would provide them with zero stars for their *********** excuse of a "pet" scheme.

I repeat, do NOT get cover from them. They are happy to take your money every month and even push up your premiums but they will not pay out your claims.
