Do not even sign up with them! Just a bunch of ******!
Utter nonsense!!!! I used to only have good things to say about this company but when it comes to **************** I can not keep quiet.
Basically I am paying for pet insurance for nothing. When I now need them most they can't assist with anything. Isn't that the exact reason why a person gets pet insurance? To assist a client when needed??? Oh no. Not OnePlan. Only wanting to cover R1300 out of a surgery that will cost R14 000. I'm pretty sure everyone gets pet insurance for instances like this. I've been with them for more than a year, would have thought that they will at least cover a certain percentage of the surgery but no they will only pay out of the casualty part of the plan.
This is nonsense and I will be sending my cancelation asap. I will rather save the money instead of paying for ******** and ******.
Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.

Kindly note that Dental extractions for your fur-baby is covered under the Casualty benefit up to the cover limit of R1300 per a Casualty benefit claim and your fur-baby has 4 Casualty Benefit claims per a year. Dental scaling and polishing are covered under the Pet Med Savings Benefit up to the cover limit of R750. These are a few of the many benefits and cover limits that our Pet Plans have to offer as the Pet Med Savings and Casualty benefit is a day-to-day benefit as the Classic Plan has day-to-day and In-hospital benefits.
As per our policy terms and conditions, Dentistry or treatment related to teeth / procedures are not covered under the in-hospital benefit as it is one of our In-hospital general exclusions and will only be covered under the day-to-day Casualty benefit up to the respective cover limit.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. The terms and conditions of the policy must be adhered to and app**** fairly for all clients. We do have your fur-babies best interests at heart, and we will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. Please note we are governed by the FAIS Act and must apply the TCF policy to ensure all our clients receive fair service and cover.
We have acknowledged your complaint and we have escalated the matter to the relevant department. One of our consultants will be in contact with you to further discuss the matter at hand.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards,
Oneplan
