Disrespect.

My wife passed away in December 2019, due to her death been unnatural an Autopsy was performed but the results take time. at that juncture we could not fill in cause of death on the One Plan claim, they reversed the Death Cover stating the funds were not used, I rep****- awaiting Autopsy result in which was acknowledged, SMS stating they will be in touch shortly wendesday 05/05. To date, I'm still waiting for them to get back so I inquired in what century (Friday14/2019) the return SMS had some smart ass remark that has now been deleted. What right has One Plan (staff) to disrespect my wife's death by some stupid remark & quicky delete because he/she realises their folly, I can assure you it hasnt ended here.
