Disgusting Service
OnePlan is the most useless Pet insurance service. Their staff have a bad attitude, submitting claims is always an issue, be it on the App or their WhatsApp service. Absolutely inefficient staff responses on their WhatsApp service. Filed a claim on 29 August 2022 and have only received feedback today, 21 October 2022. So Glad to be rid of the ****py and facilities from this useless company.

21 Oct 2022, 13:08Good day Rushantha,
Thank you for taking our call earlier and allowing us the opportunity to further discuss the matter at hand.
From the outset we sincerely apologize that your experience with Oneplan has not been a pleasant one and apologize for any inconvenience caused. It is deeply concerning of the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us. Please rest assured that this matter will be investigated as we do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.
As per our telephonic conversation, kindly note that the claim that was submitted on the 29th of August 2022 could not be approved as the annual limit on the benefit for Pet Med Savings has been reached. Please note that preventative care claims for your fur-baby includes, voluntary sterilization, vaccinations, deworming, tick and flea control as this will covered under the Pet Med Savings benefit up to the annual cover limit of R750. Kindly note a vet consultation will fall under the Casualty benefit up to the cover limit of R1300 per a Casualty benefit claim and your fur-baby has 4 Casualty Benefit claims per a year. Once the annual cover limit has been exceeded the cover limit benefit will renew on the anniversary of your policy.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. The terms and conditions of the policy must be adhered to and app**** fairly for all clients. Please note we are governed by the FAIS Act and must apply the TCF policy to ensure all our clients receive fair service and cover.
As per our telephonic discussion, thank you for allowing us to investigate the matter. We will revert to you with the relevant feedback.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope to provide clarity on the above matter.
Kind Regards,
Oneplan
