Disgusting service

<p>Good day </p> <p>I have being receiving numerous emails from my mums non existant medical aid One Plan meaning she is no longer on this medical aid ,there was an utstanding receipt they were waiting for from a doctor which I sent proof of then I was tild it is not good enough it needs to be printed I went back to the doctor got a printed invoice they hand me over to debt collection and now they want to take legal action if not paid in 10days I sent the receipt of R700 there is ony a balance of R267 which I said I will pay I think this is outright unfair and improper business practice on one plan and ther debt collecters nu debt I have been sending receipts like 20 times already,no ethic and no values </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
