Disgusting OnePlan Pet Insurance Customer Service
I received amazing service from Dotsure Pet Insurance for 3 years but decided to migrate to OnePlan Pet insurance due to all the rave reviews I saw about them.
Wow what a disaster!!!
Trying to claim for the first time after being on the insurance for just under a year was shocking. I loaded my claim for a refund on the app - only to discover 4 days later when I followed up that the app was not working and i had to resubmit my documents - did this via their whatsapp...5 days later I called again - claim was not "received" no record of it??? Again submitted the info and was sent a claim form to be filled in by the vet....finally received it back from the vet and have sent it off - so OnePlan Pet insurance .....regardless of when my claim will be refunded to me - you will be losing me as a client, I am going back to Dotsure!!
